This patch is needed to work around the autoconf limitation reported in
<http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.sysutils.autoconf.bugs/6620>.

Work around an autoconf limitation.
* gnulib-tool (func_emit_lib_Makefile_am): Omit the "Reproduce by"
comment line if it would be longer than 3 KB.
