Yes.  The _AC_LANG macros are _non-literal_ macro names, which can only be
invoked via m4_indir.  In this case, you really _do_ want to name the
macro "_AC_LANG_OPENMP(C)", because this is the name of the macro, not an
invocation of "_AC_LANG_OPENMP" with an argument of "C".
