Besides that, I think we're at a stable point in terms of this text, so
it would be fine to make the change.
FYI, it will probably be a few more days (at least) before we update
standards.texi, since rms also wants a list of license abbreviations
(which I recall Paul sending last summer), and I expect there will be
some back and forth with him about that too.
