This patch breaks building CVS M4 on GNU/Linux/x86. More generally, I think
this will break all applications that use config.rpath as well as Libtool:
Since config.rpath is sourced by configure, the values generated by libtool.m4
and by config.rpath must be in sync or have distinct names. See below.
