[Bug-gnulib] modules/{sysexits,poll}: syntax nits |

These changes make it so all of the modules files use the
same syntax for AC_SUBST'd variable names.
Anyone object?
* modules/sysexits: Use the `$(VAR)' notation for AC_SUBST'd
variable names, rather than @address@hidden
* modules/poll: Likewise.
