failure during build

Hi,

This system is a Fedora Core 32 x86_64 (rawhide).

I'm building gnucobol and am continuing to have trouble with help2man... which IS installed on this system.

Here are the messages I'm seeing:

make[2]: Leaving directory '/export/home/tools/gnucobol/obj-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/libcob'
Making all in bin
make[2]: Entering directory '/export/home/tools/gnucobol/obj-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin'

help2man: can't get `--help' info from cobcrun -q
Try `--no-discard-stderr' if option outputs to stderr
WARNING: 'help2man' is missing on your system.
You should only need it if you modified a dependency of a man page.
You may want to install the GNU Help2man package:
<https://www.gnu.org/software/help2man/>

help2man is here:

l /usr/bin/help2man
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 19897 Sep 13 23:00 /usr/bin/help2man

I have edited cobcrun and added the '-xv' switch to the end of line #1 "#!/bin/bash". Here's what I get:

./cobcrun -q
#! /bin/bash -xv

# The cobcrun program cannot be directly executed until all the libtool

#
# This wrapper script should never be moved out of the build directory.
# If it is, it will not operate correctly.
