[Bug-GnuCOBOL] [GnuCOBOL 3.0-rc1] testsuite 18 19 20 failed

Attached is the testsuite.log file from my attempt to install to the following 
machine:

Oracle VM VirtualBox Computer:
     Windows 7 64-bit
     Base Memory7 4096 MB
     PIIX3 Chipset
     1 CPU w/Execution Cap of 100%
     SATA Controller
          40GB .vdi hard drive on SATA Port 0
          CD Reader on SATA Port 1
     Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82540EM) NIC in NAT mode

This VM is running on a physical machine of:
     Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
     16.0 GB RAM
     Intel 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Controllers for: LPC, PCI Express, 
PMC, SMBus, and Thermal subsystem
     Intel Core i7-6700 CPU (4 physical (8 total cores))
     Standard SATA AHCI Controler
          ADATA SU800 243696 MB Capacity @ Disk 0 MBR
          2 ea ST320000644NS 999 Capicity @ Disk 1 and 2 MBR
          Seagate Expansion Desk SCSI Disk Device USB3.0 3,815,318 MB Capacity 
@ Disk 3 GPT 
     HL-DT-ST BD-RE BlueRay Disk
     Intel Ethernet Connection I219V 1GB
     Various Virtual Ethernet Adapters
     NETGEAR A6100 WiFi Adapter 2.4/5.0 GHz USB

I use Cygwin DLL ver. 2.11.0., and I have the 32-bit version installed on the 
VM, and I have the 64-bit version installed on Host PC. There is no sharing of 
settings between the VM and the Host PC, except the VM which uses the Internet 
connection through the Host PC.
