There used to be a page presenting GNUbg on the FSF site (manageable 
through CVS by the members of the project), at 
https://www.gnu.org/software/gnubg/ with some 10 or so years old 
documentation.

About 5 years ago it was replaced by a redirection to www.gnubg.org.

I updated the front page there and the documentation to the current 
version and removed the redirection.

This is rather terse but better than nothing (and, as mentioned above, 
can be improved by whoever is interested at working on it).

Maybe you could add a link to it, or an outright redirection, at 
www.gnubg.org ?
