[Bug-gnubg] Reflections

Hello Alex

Despite being bug free all winter, Rom managed to catch a nasty set of sniffles recently and was mind enough to share it with me. This gave me a little time to reflect, aside from the madding hectic world we have created around ourselves :)

My initial reaction to Jenny was shock and disbelief.
This followed by considering if she were totally self absorbed, or so insular that she was ignorant of the outside world.

On reflection, she is unconscious.  She has no idea of the effect of her constant flow of tactless comments, nor any concept that other opinions or choices may be available.  She does not have the ability to sense boundaries, in many cases.

Despite offering explanations for matters that have directed some of my choices, these were not absorbed in the least.

Judgement, assumption are products of how the world is seen through our eyes, due to our experiences and knowledge.  When people judge others, it is done from within their limits.  When they are incapable and have no desire to even accept that other reasons, choices and options exist, well that is just sad, and not the kind of energy I need in my circle of influence.

The beautiful graphic so perfectly describes the situation.
