Although you said you tried all of them this is the one that should work
(others have confirmed the Yosemite version runs on 10.11):

You say you installed X11, assuming that is true did you drag the
GNUBG.app from the DMG and to the /Applications folder? GNUbg will not
run from any location other than from /Applications .
