[Bug-gnubg] Release 1.01.001 / MS Windows build available

Howdy All,

I have released a slightly newer version of the Installer and GNUBG -
Release 1.01.001 . The AVX builds are now built with optimizations (-O0)
off to allow the product to be better tested. This is a work around
until it is determined what optimization(s) was forcing the product to
crash.

A change was added with better support for buggy SGG files.

All assertions have been compiled out of this product, and it should
have been this way since 1.00 . Prior to 1.00 they were not compiled in.
