It seems like the new weights are better in match play, and I say seems because 100k is not enough.

"old" is what's in the current 0.90.0 gnubg, that is yours from the mid-2000s. The nngnu one should be here : http://files.gnubg.org/media/nn-training/nl20040621/nets/
