I thought the same thing. Seems to work as expected under my Linux build
here. This could be specific to the Windows platform. I have noticed
that if I take a MAT file I have never processed - it batch analyzes but
after I process it, exit GNUBG and come back and try batch analyzing
again it says "Previous" in the result column of the batch analyze
window. It is almost liek there is information beign stored somewhere
about previous files processed.

I tried with default settings (removed my gnubgautorc) an regenerated it
- same issue. See attachment for my gnubgautorc.
