In the match that I sent you can see that the dice are 5 and 3, so now I
want to play the 3 with one of the chips in my home area and thus I lose
the chance to move the 5. I don't have to open my two chips at the home
of my adversary that is what the gnubg thinks.

I understand your desire to make that move, but unfortunately, this is an illegal move. Tom Keith, at Backgammon Galore, has written the rules of backgammon quite clearly at his site.
(the whole site is very informative and you may want to send more time on this site. You will pick up a lot of backgammon!)

At the rules section "Movement of the checkers", look at the forth item.

I think that explains why your suggested move is illegal.
