Yes, its still there (It reappeared after cleaning). As for PHP, PHP isn't
really the issue in *most* cases -its the poor software built on top of it
from my experience - mainly content management systems and forums (phpBB
being the most notorious). When the link reappeared today the question
became... Is it a shared hosting service problem or something specific to
our site/account. GnuBG does use Nucleus CMS, always a possibility there is
something there.
