It should be doable if the sgf files are otherwise the same. Get a
good text editor that is able to display the difference between the
two files and merge them by hand. Somebody skilled in writing scripts
might be able to do it automatically. But I'm not sure it is worth the
bother, unless you have a lot of files to merge.
