[Bug-gnubg] Last change on EPC display

Hi all,

last change regarding pips/epc display
is nice. Two remarks:

- I would replace the label "Wastage"
in the "Settings/Options/Display/Show pips" list with
something like "Pips and EPC"
(or maybe "Pips and Wastage") and the label "PWE" in
the main
window with simply "EPC" (just
like the EPC case).

- When "Wastage" is selected,
you don't get the EPC difference in parantheses: would be nice to have
it.
