Really, well I'll take back what I said then. Hopefully it doesn't
affect the binaries, then you can just copy the libxml stuff from one
mingw to the other. I must say I didn't have these problems when
installing mingw/msys on vista. I have a vague recollection about
needing things that wasn't in the stable release before Christmas.
Possibly msys was among these.
