Update on the vista bugs.

The gamelist bug is as Jonathan assumed a gtk bug wich is fixed in
between the last glade-for-windows gtk version and actual latest gtk
for windows.

The 3d board checker move bug is caused by a small hold gui up after
clicking the checker, which in turn makes GNU backgammon think that
you are trying to drag a checker. What causes the gui hold up I don't
know yet. It happens around dice clicks as well.
