[Bug-gnubg] OpenGL and command line problems

Hello all,

I've got some questions.  I'm running Gnubg 0.15 on Debian Testing.
Due to a recent kernel upgrade issue I'm no longer able to use the
proprietary Nvidia driver with my system which means OpenGL is down.
I'm currently in the middle of a two week long rollout (my computer is
a little old) and until I figure out how to resolve the kernel/Nvidia
issue I would like to continue with the rollout.

When I type gnubg at the command line I get this error message and
Gnubg won't start up:
(gnubg:1820): GdkGLExt-WARNING **: Window system doesn't support OpenGL.

The same thing happens with gnubg --no-rc.  Is there a way to start up
Gnubg without needing support for OpenGL?

Alternatively I can continue the rollout via the command line version
but I don't think I'm doing it correctly.  I do the following:

gnubg -t
load position "bg.sgf"

That seems to work.  Typing in "show board" shows the two options (out
of ten) that I want to continue to rollout.  However, when I type (as
per the instructions I've seen online):
rollout =1 =2

I get the message "There is no valid move list."

So after playing around with the syntax I tried:
rollout "1 2"

This results in the message "Rollout: 0/15552 trials".  After a while
I get "Rollout: 1/15552 trials" then "2/15552" and so on.  The problem
is that I've already finished over 7,000 trials and it looks like it's
starting over.  Also it appears to just be rolling out the one move
and not both.

Am I reading this correctly?  Did I enact the rollout correctly?
Anything else I should be doing?  Also, if I do get the command line
version going correctly is there anyway to follow its progress like
when using the graphical interface?
