Given 2 board layouts and the previous dice roll, are there any algorithms or code that can determine what moves were made?

For example given position id of:
4HPwATDgc/ABMA
and
jGfwATDgc/ABMA

and a dice roll of 5 3, is there a way to determine that the move was 8/3 6/3
