It's so many years ago that the training things was done internaly in
gnubg that not even I can remember. Joseph is the man with the training,
and he has always used his own little tools. Any training code gnubg can
be removed in my opinion.

CommandTrainTD and so on and the variables setting the training and
creating new nets etc.... Just get rid of it!
