[Bug-gnubg] Win distribs : db support ready !

Hi all,

a new win install archive (21Mb) is available to download at :

                  http://www.gnubg.org/  (see post in the News section)

Major changes (code is still 20060329) :

- fix for the locale problem (no longer needed to specify the dot as
decimal separator)
- Python database support : no longer needed to install python (and
pysqlite) on your PC, everything needed is packed in the install archive.
(to test, in the command line version enter "relational test", in the GUI
version use the Analyze/Relational/Test menu, they should give you
a confirmatin message like "db test successful")
- .gnubgautorc is not installed (you can probably copy your usual one
in the gnubg directory, or just set the options a save them)

P.S.
If python supports works for everybody I'll make it by default in future
distribs (this will gain 2Mb in install archive size and 15min of extra
compile time for me).
