[Bug-gnubg] FEATURE REQUEST when exporting positions

I get fed up with the amount of screen space or paper consumed by the
repetitive reporting of rollout parameters. 

It would be much cooler if the parameters were only reported if they
were NOT identical to the next play down the list. The effect would be
to group plays with the same parameters together.

More complicated but perhaps more pleasing would be to compare and
report on a field-by-field basis. Thus, if one were stopping based on
jsd, the number of trials would be reported per play, but the overall
settings would appear at the bottom of the rollout.
