Hmmmm.... I take the chance and answer 'no' on this. I belive gnubg.texi
is including faq.texi when it generates gnubg.xml.

Are you talking about the manual content or what it looks at in the
displayed window? The manual window is really not cute. It has been
reported by Joseph many many years ago, but I don't think anyone cares.

I reather think we should concentrate on the manual wiki on the webpage.
We can maybe find a way to generate a texi file based on the wiki content.
