I start the interface with "external 127.0.0.1:10000" and connect with telnet to it. 
Then i send the command

The answer is "2/1 2/0" which is a blunder of -0.833. 

When i start the external interface having renamed the bearoff databases (results in an
error message for missing bd files) i get the correct answer "1/0 2/0".
