[Bug-gnubg] help!

after following the instruction to download and execute gnubg, i get the
following error message:
"dyld: ./gnubg can't open library: /sw/lib/libintl.1.dylib  (Not a
directory, errno = 20)"

i've repeated the procedure for downloading sw.dmg, but keep getting the
same message.  

i'm running under  Mac OS X 10.3.

any suggestions would be most appreciated.
