That is probably because I lumped 20 matches in one file. fibs2html can handle this, but I guess GNUbg can't.
You will have to separate them if you want analysis, I guess.

But given that the prune net on it's own is weak (which was what I was trying to demonstrate), I am not sure it is that important. I remember I thought prune-2ply might be better than 0ply - and it is not :(
