[Bug-gnubg] prunnibg nets with GNUbg - initial report

A 90 move 3 point match analyzed:

Timing:

With pruning
72.210u 0.140s 1:49.46 66.0%    0+0k 0+0io 1433pf+0w

Without pruning
159.400u 6.050s 4:09.36 66.3%   0+0k 0+0io 1490pf+0w

(This is without use of a cache yet. I will see later if this improves things 
further or not ...)

Now as to the results - I include the two analysis. You can see that there are 
differences of up to 0.2 in evaluations, but no changes in order or cubes. 
Personally I see the two as identical and definitely worth running in half the time.
