Just take a look at the bug tracker. I've been scratching my head for
weeks about the bug #9586. If you find that one I would be really happy.

http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=9586

I've also thought about integrating a python window in gnubg. It would
be nice if everyone could type a simple code in python (ie "Hello
world") in gnubg own python window. Look how python is integrated in
blender. That's quite neat.

A simple thing that could have been done is to implement more of the
race formulaes found here:
http://www.bkgm.com/articles/CubeHandlingInRaces/

Kleinman and Thorpe is already done. (That was actually one of the
things I started with.)

I must also say that I think the best way to start contributing is to
study the code, do some changes and see what happens. Then repeat.

If you want write access to the cvs, you should create an account for
yourself at savannah. Then tell one of the project adminitrators.
