RE: [Bug-gnubg] player accounts

Unless the issue is the relational database, I have a request: add a column
to keep the computed FIBS ratings. It is what I primarily use to evaluate my
play and that of my opponents, as it has shown itself to be very reliable
and also takes into account the relative value of checker play errors vs.
cube errors. It would be of immense value if I could keep track of it.
