Hmmmm... I guess all win32 builders have sed on their computers? If all
developers have sed, I guess (2) is best. Though, I can imagine some
developers are using other than GNU tools on their Windows computers.
I guess someone uses MSVC or other things as well.

It's not a big deal in any case. I think the most important thing is to
have an ok gtkrc file in the installation archive for the windows users.
I'll keep that in mind next time I make a archive.
