I added an initial doc directory to gnubg-nn.

If you want to have a look, check it out and try to compile. Only linux so far, 
unless you want to work on porting this to windows (should be easy, if we forget 
about the dl stuff).

Also, the net, benchmark and training data files have been uploaded to 
ftp://ftp.demon.nl/pub/games/gnubg/nn-training
