[Bug-gnubg] Some HTML Export Problems/Suggestions

Instead of having links for "first game"  "next game" "last game" can we have a list
of the games so that we can go directly to a specific game.

And  here is a bug I believe.

I exported a 3 point match to html.
uncheck ALL output move analysis options.
The export still shows the move analysis output  UNLESS the move was an error
in which case it doesn't !

Also if I uncheck all output cube decision analysis options the following options
get automatically rechecked:

Show for actual cube decisions
Show for missed doubles
Show for close cube decisions

And my output shows cube analysis for every move.
