A few details on what we talked about a few days ago on FIBS: I've checked
a bit when gnubg crashes with the new combined build. I think most of all
it doesn't like "set dockpanels off". If this command is present gnubg
crashes at startup. Here is my .gnubgautorc with this line commented out.
It works to switch gnubg to multi windows after started with panels, but
the size of the main window stays (of course) the same and isn't set to
what's specified in .gnubgautorc. Maybe it's also a good idea to save
window positions for both layouts?
