I think your best bet is to record use the player records in the Analyse menu. 
Have a look at http://www.bkgm.com/gnu/AllAboutGNU.html#player_records. I don't 
use it myself, but it may do what you want.

The short answer is "no". Jellyfish match files are all text files and can be 
combined using any text editor, or using the DOS command copy 
filename1.mat+filename2.mat+filename3.mat bigfile.mat. However, I think gnubg 
only looks at the first match in the file, or if not, it analyses all matches 
as if they were the length of the first match.
