[Bug-gnubg] Evaluation window, and Race Theory.

There is no vertical scroll bar on the evaluation window. If the text is too 
large for the window, the only way to see it is to resize the window. I am 
finding this a particular problem when the evaluation is from BEAROFF 1.

Ideally, in addition to the scrollbar, it would be good to put the data onto 
the race theory popup. If not all of it, at least the pip count, epc and win %.

I'm not convinced the epc on the 1-chequer model is useful. It doesn't match 
the number from the bearoff database.

Another useful tab might be Walter Trice's Rule 62.
