I can not reproduce this.
(Win32 builds)
Not with 3D/Panel (either 2D or 3D), not with Old Layout.

I tried Hint; select 2 moves; Rollout; select the 2 moves; Copy
I tried Analyse Move; select 2 moves; Rollout; select the 2 moves; 
Copy.
