[Bug-gnubg] Albert's tutorial in texi

Hi all,

I've converted Albert's tutorial to texinfo. I have only trid to convert
with 'makeinfo --html --no-split tutorial.texi'. I have therefore not
tested any other output forms than html. pdf, ps, info and LaTeX may
therefore look very bad.

I'm using makeinfo version 4.3. texi2html (the Perl script) or
texi2html.py may not even work.

The package of the file, and the images, can be found here:

Can someone add this to the cvs repository? I will remove the file from
the web space as soon as anyone commits this to the cvs repository.
