I appreciate you looking at it.
Yet, the problem mentioned does not occur at my machine.
I used the same operating system (WinME), same build as used by
Scott.
Both 3D/Panel and Old Layout behave as would be expected.
That is:
Text shows scrambled for a very short time, then - after refresh -
shows normal.
Scott's screen shot showed a scrambled text.
I can not reproduce that here.
