It doesn't happen so much with moves as when flipping from a cube
analysis to Checker analysis. When switching form one to the other, it
doesn't seem to call the right window/tab for the change between
analyses being displayed.

Apparently there have been some problem with this due to the changes it
incurs. Still, I agree this should be right on top of the list of things
to do, as it is the only truly serious problem I perceive. Others can be
overlooked or sidestepped.
