It occurred to me the report of the estimated playing level (Expert,
Beginner, etc.) should be changed to reflect the new and better
abs. rating estimate. As it is now these labels are inconsistent with
the rating estimate.
One thing that has an impact is that cube errors have been grossly
overestimated in the past.
