Dynamic labels? The numbered labels around the board.
If they're set to dynamic, the change from 24-13 to
1-13 according to whos on turn.

Good! I didn't test this. I just assumed it didn't work! ;-)

When I see how bad things work on other computers, I really want to
add this compile option. Yes. I'll see what I can do. I guess Jim
would like this feature as well.

Hmmm... can understand what made this difference. Anyone?

Yes. I've noticed this as well. Really bad. I've even noticed the the
whole window resize (not just the board) some times. I sind it a bit
strange, since this only happens on my work computer and not on my
home computer.

This can be adjusted by setting a smaller font. I found that
font = "-unknown-MS SystemExS-normal-r-normal-*-*-90-*-*-p-*-iso8859-1"

in gnubg.gtkrc works good on this computer. (and hiding PosId and
MatchID). This is a 1024x768 display.
