[Bug-gnubg] export setting gui issues

Hi,

CVS from today, Linux:

"Settings -> Export":

- warning printed on the console: 
** (gnubg:9712): WARNING **: Invalid UTF8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()

- the check box for "Show for actual cube decisions" hasn't got any text
- the entry for "Show for missed doubles" contains the wrong text

- dto. for close cube decisions

- changing the checkbox next to the text "Show for missed doubles"
doesn't have any effect (at least there's no command shown in the
console)

- dto. for close cube decisions

- the checkbox for "Show for moves marked good" is missing
