[Bug-gnubg] Segmentation fault(s) in tty mode

Hi,

I did send this yesterday already, but it does not seem to have reached
the list. Apologies in case sombody receives it twice:

here 2 seg faults I get in '-t' mode:

(CVS from today, Linux)

after command 'quit' (does not happen when compiled with
"--without-board3d):
 
in PromptForExit () at gnubg.c:3823


after commands 'previous roll' and 'next roll' (also happens when
compiled with "--without-board3d"):

0x0808bc02 in CommandNextRoll (sz=0x0) at play.c:3079
3079            BoardData *bd = BOARD( pwBoard )->board_data;
