[Bug-gnubg] Regarding Pip Count Tutor

Hello,

So I mentioned yesterday wanting to add something that would somewhat force
you to correctly count pips before making your move.

I've added all the framework around doing such a thing ... as of now I see
the following files have been modified:

gtkoptions.c
backgammon.h
gnubg.c
play.c
set.c
show.c
gtkgame.h
gtkgame.c

That's quite a bit. I'm no CVS guy, so I want to make sure that nobody's
concept of the application's flow/look&feel is upset with this contribution.
