I will have to fix a problems in configure.in in determining the HOST
system identifier value - but toher than that I managed to make sligh
modifications to a newly installed ming environment (as described on
Nady's information page) and was successfully able to do the falling:
Pull Source from CVS, add weights and the gnubg_ts0.bd files to the
directory and issue:
/configure --without-python --without-guile --prefix=$PREFIX
--host=i386-pc-
mingw32 --without-readline --enable-bearoff=external; make
And it worked (GTK 1.3 build). Readline caused a bit of a hassle so I
had to turn it off for the time being. as for defining --host, that was
because the configure.in script felt $host was blank.
I have to head into work, but will make available my instructions for
modifying Nardy's environment later
