Hu? Doesn't Snowie have a notebook widget on the right hand side?
Even though I don't use Snowie, I must say I don't like the notebook
either. It's a lot of clicking.

(By paned widget, I mean the paned widget in GTK, I think it's only
used in GNU Backgammon in the annotation window, between the analysis
and the commentary field. See, you can scale the size.)

I'm not sure if I understand? The first option, is that what we have
now? The second option is the one Albert and I propose? The third
is the notebook used by Snowie?

Do I read you correctly, or am I misunderstanding something?
