[Bug-gnubg] CSS sheets

Hi,

I have the feeling that tomorrow the poor GNUBG mailing is going
to start spouting all my posts on CSS and HTML export since I don't see
a single one show up today. Anyhow, as I've been hard at work preparing
a detailed commented match making use of GNU's HTML export and the CSS,
I have made a number of changes, which I'd like to submit here for
consideration as the hardcoded default. The changes include:

- Changed colors of annotation area and of statistics
- Boldface cube decision instead of just red
- Boldface cube equities, parentheses of equity error, and normal
font of win/loss percentages
- Money in cube decisions is in normal (not boldface) italics
- Boldface move numbers, ply depth, move, and equities.
- Italicized boldface headers of movements (plus slight change in
color background of move headers) to contrast with boldface moves and
data.

These changes improve the readability of the data and the
overall appearance IMO. I am not including the images as these can
change and would cause the download to be huge. The image subdirectory
should be \html-images

Please note that not everything was changed with the CSS so some
changes were done by hand to test the results. Such as the move equities
which are not read from the CSS (no doubt a bug).

                                                Albert
