Sorry, I misunderstood what was being reported. I thought that the
reported problem was that the rollout was doing one more trial than
requested (so for the above it would be doing 1297 trials).
There is a bug - the test for minimum trials is against the loop
counter which starts at 0 and is only incremented after the j.s.d. and
std. error limit processing has been done. I'll commit a fix today.
